One system to run your operational universe.

One operations platform behind the whole business. The register, bookings and online orders run the front; inventory, payments, customers, loyalty and live reporting run the back. They share one source of truth, so a sale at the counter updates stock, the books and the day's numbers in real time. Keep your EFTPOS.

Illustrative demo - a sample venue, not live trading data.

Quiet software for loud mornings.

The same system behind the till, the diary, the storefront and the books. Whatever you sell, wherever you sell it.

Not a bundle of apps. One product that runs the whole operation.

Sign in once. The register, the kitchen pass, your storefront and the back office are the same system. Switch tool and nothing re-enters. The order placed at the counter is the order on the kitchen screen is the order in the books.

one order · one session · every tool

Every part of the business, on the same platform.

Each tool is built for the job in front of it and shares the same data underneath. Turn on only what you need. Add the rest as you grow.

and the back office behind it

The operations layer that runs the team, not just the till.

Beyond the back office, Ops is Brulee's team-operations and compliance platform for multi-site and franchise networks. It is white-label, so every brand makes it their own, and the status colours stay locked, so a breach reads as a breach under any theme.

Jobs & checklists

A daypart board and recurring schedules. Run a checklist one step per screen, with sign-off and timestamps.

Audits & compliance

Weighted pass, partial and fail with critical flags, corrective actions and a scored report you can compare.

Sensors & HACCP

A live temperature wall with breach alerts and an escalation trail that stands up as food-safety evidence.

Knowledge & SOPs

Searchable policies, plus an assistant that answers with cited sources or says it isn't in your knowledge base.

Training & LMS

Author courses and track a compliance matrix of person by course, with score, expiry and read-and-confirm.

HQ oversight

RAG scorecards ranked across locations, an AI daily brief and a board pack. White-label for every brand in the network.

Photograph your menu. Keep your terminal. Start trading.

The fastest believable path from box to first coffee. The AI does the catalogue; you keep the payments relationship you already have.

Step 1

Photograph the menu

AI reads your printed menu and builds a structured catalogue: items, sizes, modifiers.

Step 2

Keep your EFTPOS

Pair Linkly, Tyro or mx51. The sale total lands on your own terminal, your own rate.

Step 3

Run a test sale

Cash, card, split. Confirm the receipt and the books before you open the doors.

Step 4

Pin the iPad

Single-app mode locks the device to brulee. You're trading.

Pay for software,
not for payments.

  • Settles to your own bank. The total goes to your EFTPOS terminal: Linkly, Tyro, mx51. Funds land in your account on your rate.
  • brulee never takes a percentage of a sale. Not at the counter, not on the storefront. A flat software fee, nothing more.
  • Commission-free online too. Your storefront runs on the same menu and till, with no aggregator cut.

The questions switchers ask first.

Do I have to change my card terminal?
No. brulee is payments-agnostic and pairs with the EFTPOS you already run, including Linkly, Tyro and mx51. Sales settle to your own bank on your own rate. We never sit between you and your money, and we never take a percentage of a sale.
How long does setup actually take?
About ten minutes for a single location. Photograph your menu or price list and the AI builds a structured catalogue, pair your terminal, run a test sale, then pin the iPad. Most owners are trading the same day.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No lock-in. Plans are month to month and you can leave whenever you like. Your catalogue, customers and sales history are yours to export.
Can it run more than one location?
Yes. Multi-site gives you portfolio roll-ups across locations, role-aware access for managers and head office, fleet device control, and one menu you can push to every site at once.
Does it work for businesses that aren't cafés?
Yes. One capability engine reshapes the platform to your trade: a counter for retail and hospitality, a diary for salon and wellness, a job and quote flow for trades. The nav, the register mode and the language all follow your business.

Run the boring half of your business.
