We sell software. Priced like software.

Most POS pricing gets tangled up with your payments. We keep ours simple.

Brulee charges a flat monthly fee for the software and stays payment-agnostic. The price is the same every month, so you always know what your software costs - bring whichever bank terminal and processor suit you, and keep the merchant rate you already negotiated.

That one decision shapes everything else. Because our pricing is a flat software fee, we have no reason to lock you to our hardware, our processor or our ecosystem. We earn by building software good enough that you'd keep paying for it - so that's the only thing we build.

A till that takes a percentage is a tax on a good day. We'd rather earn the subscription.

Four things that don't move.

Not values on a wall - the constraints we actually build inside. They're why the product looks the way it does.

01

Payments-agnostic, always

Your EFTPOS, your rate, your bank. We integrate with Linkly, Tyro and mx51 and take zero percent of a sale. If we ever needed your transactions to make money, we'd have built the wrong company.

02

Honest about what's live

Everything shipping says so; everything on the roadmap is marked “soon” in plain words. The AI cites its sources and won't sign off a compliance record for you. We'd rather under-promise than explain later.

03

Built for the floor

Designed to be set up by the owner, used by a sixteen-year-old on their first shift, and trusted when the wifi drops. If a feature needs a manual, it isn't finished.

04

No lock-in

Your data, your menu, your customers - exportable, portable, yours. We want you to stay because leaving is easy and staying is better, not because you're trapped.

A small founding team at work behind a Sydney café counter

Australian-built, for Australian businesses.

GST and BAS, ABN, AEST, local EFTPOS rails - built in from the start, not bolted on for a region. Brulee is made in Sydney by a small team that has worked the counter, and it's shaped by the cafés, salons and shops that use it every morning.

Where we are, and where we're going.

No vapourware. Here's what's live, what's close, and what's further out - stated plainly so you can decide on facts, not promises.

Live now
The platform - POS, Ops and Storefront. Register, kitchen, customer display, diary, back office, storefront and QR ordering; integrated EFTPOS via Linkly, Tyro and mx51; AI menu ingest; GST/BAS reporting.
Coming soon
Accounting & channels. Automatic accounting sync - receipt-to-Xero pushing daily takings and GST straight into the books, with MYOB and QuickBooks to follow - building on the BAS-ready GST summary and one-tap accountant export already in Reports. Plus native Uber Eats and DoorDash (direct API), Menulog, Google Food Ordering and OpenTable. Each marked “soon” across the site until it ships.
Further out
Deeper network tooling. Expanded HQ reporting, more white-label controls and the broader integration set - built in the open, shipped when they're genuinely ready.

Run your day on software that's on your side.

Keep your EFTPOS, keep your data, pay for the software and nothing more.
