One simple rule across POS and Ops: the floor is free, you only pay for full logins beyond your included pool, and for any Intelligence you use past your monthly allowance. No forced upgrades.
Seats - only for real logins
Floor staff use PIN profiles - unlimited and free on every plan. Individual logins (owners, admins, managers) are pooled and included: 1 on Free, 3 on Plus, 8 on POS Pro, 25 on Ops Pro. Extra seats are $5 / seat / mo; Enterprise is negotiated.
Intelligence overage
Every POS and Ops plan includes a generous monthly Intelligence allowance (see the grids above). Go past it and you simply pay for the extra:

All prices are in AUD per location per month and include GST. Annual billing saves two months (shown above when you switch to Annual). Bring your own EFTPOS - Brulee never takes a percentage of your sales. Frontline PIN profiles are always unlimited and free; only individual logins count as seats. Enterprise and Network are quoted per network, with franchisor-pays or entity-pays billing.
